I reached out to Julie last year when we were considering live music for our wedding ceremony and wow, it ended up being one of the best wedding decisions we made! We had the harp, flute and cello play during our ceremony and it truly made us feel like we were in a movie. I’ll admit, I was a needy bride when it came to the music! They were amazing with getting back to my many emails, they were able to reschedule when we changed our wedding plans to a completely different date, they worked with me on a song that we couldn’t find sheet music to (so they had to become imaginative with a bare bones version of the sheet music), they played the songs I had chosen absolutely beautifully, and not to mention, they were so pleasant and lovely to speak with throughout the entire process!!!

Can’t recommend these ladies enough. If they aren’t already booked up (because they’re so amazing) then these are your gals!!

Extremely skilled and professional addition to our wedding

Enchanting addition to any wedding

They were a lovely and amazing addition to my wedding. Extremely professional. Punctual for the ceremony. Communication was excellent leading up to wedding. During the ceremony, the songs were completely enchanting and all the guests complemented about how amazing the music sounded. I asked them to play a unique song that was dear to me, and they happily accepted. I can't thank them or recommend them enough. 10/10!! Highly recommended!

The Soenen Sisters played at our outdoor wedding last weekend and we couldn't be more thrilled with their performance. Their repertoire of music is vastly outstanding. They played classical music for our ceremony and mixed in some modern/pop songs during the cocktail hour. We received many compliments from our guests! Ever since I was a little girl I always dreamed of having live music at my wedding including a harp, cello and flute as they are my three favorite instruments, I was so delighted to find the soenen sisters trio and have them be able to play for my special day! The music was absolutely perfect and everything I dreamed of! They were really quick and seamless with booking and all correspondence and were able to give me good advice in terms of songs to play and with their large repertoire of songs it made it so easy to have them play my favorites! We had a very small COVID wedding and this vendor was able to work with our schedule, as as mother of the bride, we had to rebook more than once due to restrictions on weddings. It was so nice to have live music where everything else was severly restricted.

The playlist was curated using our own requests, as well as suggestions from the team that played. It was absolutely beautiful. They played beautifully before during and after the service, and everyone commented on how beautiful how beautiful the trio played. They are a very talented group, and we would recommend them to anyone wanting a special touch.

Wedding Ceremony Music

I had my dream wedding at the Elora Mill November 2019 and was lucky enough to have the Soenen Sisters play during our ceremony.

My mom brought them to my attention during the planning process and I just knew once I heard their beautiful music that they were just perfect for our special day. Communication was great and I really appreciated the options and recommendations for the wedding ceremony. I had always dreamed of walking down the aisle to a harp playing and was lucky enough to walk down to the music from a harp, cello and a flute. Absolutely beautiful!

Gorgeous Music, Professional Quality

These ladies are absolute pros and have the biggest hearts. They played at my wedding and made it absolutely the perfect day. They have a vast repertoire of beautiful classical and Celtic pieces as well as hymns. I also had a specific request for a Mozart piece meant for piano and they went out of their way to adapt it to cello and harp. That was my song for walking down the aisle and it was perfect. They also played another request for me as the last song when we walked back down the aisle, “Be Thou My Vision.” Their beautiful playing became a lasting memory I’ll never forget as part of our special day and we still remember it all fondly after 10 years of marriage. I cannot recommend them enough.
